Last weekend, we got to see a 2023 Airstream Basecamp 20X for the first time in person while at the 2023 Northern Colorado RV & Outdoor show held at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland, CO. We do a walkthrough of the new 2023 Airstream Basecamp 20X and compare it to our 2018 Airstream Basecamp 16.

We got to see many new 2022 and 2023 RVs including travel trailers, 5th wheels, Class A, Class B, and Class C RVs. We toured the Rpod Hood River 195, Keystone Bullet 291RLS, Happier Camper HC1, Vanworks Mercedes-Benz Switchback 4X4, Coleman Rubicon 1708BH, Alpha Wolf Cherokee 22SW-L, No Boundaries NB20.4, Lance 1685, Sol Horizon with Rover Package, Encore RV ROG 12RK, Primetime Sanibel 3802WB, Jayco Eagle 355MBQS, Sprinter Limited 3190RLS, and the Entegra Vision XL 34G.
We visited the local Denver Airstream dealership and checked out a few different Airstream travel trailer models. We were able to tour a few 2022 Airstream trailers, including a 23FBQ Flying Cloud, 25RBT Flying Cloud (older model), 27FBQ with Bunk Flying Cloud, and a 23FBT International. This was a very interesting tour in that we got to compare several Airstream trailers side by side, so we could easily see the differences among them.
Ever wonder what it’s like to live in an Airstream trailer full-time? We caught up with Danielle from @discoverrescue (YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@discoverrescue ) and she was kind enough to give us a tour of her Airstream Flying Cloud 30RBQ. Danielle has been traveling full-time in her Airstream since January of 2022. She originally purchased it to live in, then decided to hit the road. She gives us a candid review of living on the road in an Airstream as well as offers some interesting tidbits on storage, drinking water, and maximizing space in a travel trailer.
