Our Starlink Internet Died... What Happened?

Starlink has become a necessity for us on the road. We have been able to use it reliably at every campground with the exception of Crater of Diamonds, in Arkansas. We both work remotely and are reliant on Starlink for high speed service no matter where we are. What happens when our trusty Starlink fails?

That's what made it so hard when we had a hardware failure and were down for 5 days while we tried to figure out what was wrong and get replacement parts to fix it. We were able to rule out that it was the smart plug or the cable that we fished inside the Airstream, but there was some early debate as to what the problem was. We primarily thought it was the dish, then we were told it was the router, before finding out that it was the new cable that we had just received that was failing.

Have you had any issues with your Starlink internet? How quickly were they resolved?
